The foundation of the offerings that you will find here is built on my background and studies in Ayurveda, Evolutionary Herbalism, energy work, and Sacred Depths transformational coaching.
Intuition/divination, trauma awareness, somatic practices, as well as other self-care and spiritual practices weave together to create a safe and inspired space for you to re-member your own way to joy-full-fillment, health and energetic sovereignty.

The goal is to re-member our power to CHOOSE how we show up in the world and to meet each moment with the grace of being anchored in our own sovereign Truth.
